Remaining persistent and determined; the spirit of the entrepreneur

Unfortunately for most of us remaining persistent and determined is a skill we have to learn, social conventions and schooling in western societies organised by governments that want to produce a work or labour force, are organising the school curriculum to produce a workforce that does specific tasks and are told what to do rather than think.

Western societies are producing a workforce for a society that is on the brink of great changes. In most western societies now the manufacturing industry is being replaced with the service industry, but even this is changing with the invention of the Internet and mass communication systems.

Thus the spirit of the entrepreneur is something that has to be learnt ourselves, and its something that we learn when we are ready, if that were by chance or just by the very nature of looking to find the information when we feel ready to make changes in our life.

Entrepreneur’s are pioneers and as such have to remain persistent and determined in doing new things and making changes even though mainstream society friends and family will try to bring you back into their world. The world of the safe and secure job earning a wage and being unhappy, even though the job for life is now a myth and no longer exists.
